Honduras Belize (by Samarang)

Honduras and Belize tracks from Barry now merged because it seemed simpler and fairly logical.  Published within the Box. Must think about extending the box up towards Mexico. This will anyway relieve the overloaded World Index map.  (High speed track starts provide an interesting diversion  - maybe a OpenCPN editing thing)
