Tonga and Niue

Box added for Tonga and Niue.  Tracks from Sisu and  Vagabond Heart  to be indexed here shortly.  NOTE..Vagabond Heart's Pacific Master track has been edited and re classified as an Extracted track. The Tonga anchorages have been removed because it seems likely that in order to use her existing charts in the archipelago her navigator has moved away from the WGS84 datum.   New tracks needed!!!
